Everyone at PS Animal Hospital was very nice and helpful. We were able to get an appointment quickly which we really appreciated -- other vets we called advised us to go to an emergency vet, even though it was a Thursday afternoon. Dr. Heinein is so nice and we were very relieved that our sweet little dog wasn t seriously injured. We will make Palm Springs Animal Hospital and Dr. Henein our regular vet.

We were treated with the urgency our pet needed with a follow up call the next morning. They made us feel our pet was in the best of care. Can t say enough about the caring staff. Highly recommend them.

Everything was great EXCEPT the follow up on lab work. It took much longer than described/planned to get lab results. We were called about 5pm and had to come get RX before your closing time

We called due to an emergency with our 18 lb poodle/terrier mix, Toby. We were able to get in within 30 minutes and the care we received was outstanding. So glad and relieved to say he is improving every day. Thank you to everyone at PSAS!

I woudl hust add that when my dog had fatty tumors removed and they were sent out for biopsy . I had to chase the results with teh office they were not forth coming and part of standard operating procedure UNLESS you sad we will call you if there is a problem that was communicated either .Please send test finding asap after biopsy even if negative , please communicate this somehwo and dont have clients resposnibility to track down. Thank you d
