Dr. Schmidt is amazing! I just love how she is so compassionate to the pet and the pet owners! He understands the love the pet parents have for their pets regardless of the money they can afford! Dr. Schmidt did an amazing job with Bella and she was so compassionate to our needs. Thank you so much Dr. Schmidt! Dan and I appreciate how you took care of us during our time of losing a family member who we loved dearly in her “Assisted Living Home”.

Everybody was so nice and sweet when I had to say my good bye to my 11 year old dog she was truly my best friend. They let me spend as much time I wanted with her before they put her down. These guys are truly the best thank you all

One thing I would love is the question when I call to do an appointment is if im okay with this vet or asking if I have a request for which vet I get.

All of the staff from the moment we called in and through being seen by the vet was GREAT! We are beyond thrilled to have a horse vet locally. She was extremely knowledgeable.

We were very surprised to find out our appointment wasn t just for a nurse administered vaccine as we were told the day before. It was a shock to the bill.

Receptionist was very sweet. The doctor checked my dog s ears and listen to her heart. I informed the doctor my dog had a bad rash on her belly in which she chews and bites herself. I did tell him she gets this seasonally but I am no doctor. He never checked her skin not once. The receptionist charged me $184. I asked why so high, my dog s normal vet would never charge these prices. She stated although my dog s normal vet is very good, he cannot do what we can do, we can do blood tests and xrays . I replied, of which my dog had neither, but I have to pay for it, thank you for everything but it s doubtful I will be back, have a good day . The doctor never smiled, not very friendly and not very personable. Dr.Rosario is very friendly, chatted, always smiling and always does his best to keep prices down, we love him, he just needs to stop going on vacation. Lol

Dr. Fields and the entire staff was so wonderful with our cat, Kinsley! They knew how to handle her and keep her comfortable while visiting the office for the very first time. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain treatment suggestions and health maintenance! We will tell our friends and family about our great experience.

Staff was very friendly and I impressed with the doctor because he had a bearded dragon and knew all about them. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find a vet that could help mine.

We absolutely appreciate and love the care we receive at the Blanchard Valley Animal Hospital. Dr. Fuller and his staff are always caring and so kind with our pet. She’s had several surgeries there; she has been consistently given excellent care.

We not only love BVVC, but so dies our puppers....

It was difficult to get a nurse visit that would fit with our work schedules. More later nurse appointments would be nice.

Is it easier to take the animal out of the room to have blood drawn? In certain situations it would be nice if one of the owners could go along.

I am returning back to the practice after leaving due to a bad experience with one of the previous vets. The new vet that I saw was a major upgrade compared to the last one. She was willing to listen and took the time to explain and answer any questions. I hope that this kind of service continues to be the care that BVVC provides in the future.
