Every staff member was so friendly and kind to my mother and I including our pet. Everything was explained clearly and my questions were answered. I highly recommend to my family and friends to visit with their pet for great caring service.

Front staff have often been rude, unkind and not very welcoming, but I continue to come to BVV because of amazing vets and techs that I know/trust to provide care to my pet. If I was new to BVV, I wouldn t be very impressed as your front staff is someone s first and last impression..

Things I appreciated: -Staff was accommodating when I had an issue. -When the vet was unsure of what was wrong with my pet, he reached out to other exotic pets for assistance. He quickly change the treatment plan and kept me up to date. - prescriptions were ready with in the day. -Getting a follow up appointments scheduled around the holidays were easier than expected. Comments/suggestions: -I appreciated that the vet tech told me that I was not the only one to have issues with the vet. (I think his mannerisms come off the wrong way) In today s day an age, places fire clients and I was super afraid of being fired as a client if I brought up an issue. But everyone was quick to help me. -I understand that the office gets busy. But in multiple occasions they told me they would call me back that day but didn t. Maybe tell clients to call back in x amount of time? -A client portal for pet parents to access records of the pets and medical data would be amazing. Thank you Blanchard Valley Vet. The doctors, surgeons and staff are all top notch !! My sweet girl Tuukka was having issues with her uterus and after trying 3 different vets and being told all of them were 3 weeks out we were fortunate enough to get a same day appointment within 2 hours of calling. When we arrived the front staff were great ( I was a total mess ) they explained everything and got us back to an exam room within minutes of arriving. Every nurse and doctor we seen couldn’t have been more helpful and caring. They explained my options and didn’t push me to make any decisions I didn’t want to. Unfortunately I opted to try meds first and that was unsuccessful with my girl’s issues. I called back the Monday after new years and again they got me in within a couple hours. They immediately took my girl back for tests and within minutes we had our answer. When I opted for her surgery they couldn’t have been more helpful with explaining costs and giving me options. During surgery they found a mass and immediately called me to find out how I would like to proceed. After surgery Dr. Naylor was OUTSTANDING she talked to me put me at ease and answered all my questions even though I was a mess still and probably asked the same question a couple times. Since getting my girl home I have called a few times to make sure I was doing things correctly and ask about her care and each time if they didn’t have my answer they got it and called me back within an hour or so. I would highly recommend Blanched valley veterinary clinic for all your pets needs

The vet and tech were so sweet to Brady. They both listened to me and I felt much better after my visit. All 5 stars for this visit.

Always a great facility with amazing staff!

When I came in, 2 staff members were busy talking a bout something…. I waited till they were done. It took several minutes for them to greet me and let me know that Pixie would be seen shorty. I would suggest that the staff take care of the patient first, then deal with office stuff after patient has been greeted etc.??.

I was very happy with my experience other than I had a couple issues with the vet assigned to me. I voiced concerns about allergies though when I said that I was told it’s probably fleas, he’s up to date on his flea meds and is on nexguard. Never missed a dose and is the right mg for him. Along with that I asked explicitly to let me know every step of the way what the vet would be doing to my dog so I could position the dog right and prepare the dog for it and make sure I have food on hand for it. He didn’t and proceeded to do the dogs glands and then no one could touch the dog for the rest of the visit. When that time came of the visit it was my goal to make the dog think I did it, another thing I did not appreciate is I mentioned he can be a bit anxious at the vet that’s why we are doing decompression exercises. The first thing that was mentioned was trazodone. First off Trazodone would be the last thing you want to put in a dog for just vet visits it’s important to know that trazodone makes the dog remember patterns. So if you only give the dog trazodone on days they got the vet (even with gabapentin) the brain is then trained to pattern of oh when I feel this feeling something bad is going to happen making the dog even MORE susceptible to being anxious and aggressive. Prozac in my opinion would be a better option though I’ve heard y’all have refused it. The reason I say Prozac is because instead of the instant dose the dose build and builds so it’s more of a subtle rise in medication. But overall I still had a decent experience other than those two things.

I absolutely love the whole team there from the receptionist to the tech to Dr fuller himself! 10/10!!

Dr. Fuller was great as always. He took his time to answer all my questions. Fully explained Maggie’s knee issues. The girls at the desk are always professional and sweet!
