I was very happy with your facility. Our dogs are everything to us and I m glad we found a good place for their care.

When I first started taking Cody to Coastal, we had just adopted him as a Rescue - that had obviously been abused. He was not well adjusted to new people, civil behavior, and they readily took him in as a new patient - which was SO APPRECIATED! Wonderful treatment, courteous/caring personnel and they have greatly helped his behavior!

I appreciate the way your staff treats both pet and owner. They are sincere and kind. While all 3 or so that I have met and been helped by, Victoria stands above. Yet I must also applaud the talent of our operating vet who demonstrated excellence in her surgical skill and her caring manner, as well as her assistant the day we were there. Your organization is top notch and I’m so thankful we were recommended to you all.

They are wonderful and I highly recommend taking your furry child to them. My precious persian kitty just turned 11 and it s from the love and care they give. Also Valerie is a fantastic groomer!!

The tech who clipped my old, grumpy dog’s nails was the friendliest tech I’ve met. It was the first time my dog walked out from the back not scared. I know she hates getting her nails clipped and I don’t envy the person who has to do it, but it seemed that this tech (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) managed to do it with patience and understanding of an older, meaner, yet delicate dog. Thank you.

I did not receive any type of estimate prior to paying for my visit so I was seriously caught off guard. Had I known what my cost was I would’ve possibly opted for less or gone a different route.

Melody was so nice with us . She helped relax Benito as she carried him around the office. The new office is so nice.The check out process works so smoothly. Kate was great with Benito. Loving on him and she annswered all my questions. She even helped cover Benito with a towel as we left during the rain. Dr. Gandy was wonderful as usual. Checking Benito out physically. He is so good with puppies and their new moms. Thank you for all you have done for our family. You all took excellent care of our family and Chloe when she was with us. She lived to be 17 years old with your care especially at the end. Dr . Schroeder is also an excellent vet that we have seen on different visits with Chloe. We always recommend Coastal Sunrise Animal Hospital. They care for dogs and their family with lots of skill and compassion. The best Vet in town.????

I always feel welcome when we walk thru the doors. We are greeted with smiles. The staff is great with my furbaby and is very familiar with her and calls her by name. Lola doesn t seem to mind her visits ad much as some furbabies do. Thank you for the care you provide.

I didn t like the grooming. Maybe I wasn t very clear about the grooming style of my dog . I asked to be groomed as a schnauzer, but I wanted him to have a moustache like schnauzer and the rest very short hair. We appreciate your excellent service though.
