Every aspect of my visit was great! My endless questions were answered with compassion and patience!

I always feel welcome when we walk thru the doors. We are greeted with smiles. The staff is great with my furbaby and is very familiar with her and calls her by name. Lola doesn t seem to mind her visits ad much as some furbabies do. Thank you for the care you provide.

Everyone there has the coolest attitude. I feel very cared for. Thank you for your kindness and empathy. I wish I could be a patient there.

I didn t like the grooming. Maybe I wasn t very clear about the grooming style of my dog . I asked to be groomed as a schnauzer, but I wanted him to have a moustache like schnauzer and the rest very short hair. We appreciate your excellent service though.

I greatly appreciated being able to bring Bella in on the same day that I called for an appointment when she was sick with a bladder infection on a Friday. We were going out of town on Sun for a week, and it saved our trip, and got her feeling better immediately! The staff is always super friendly, and we are thankful for the great care.

Had an amazing first experience with our pups! I was able to ask so many questions and felt like everyone was truly taking the time to answer and didn’t rush through the appointment even though they were extremely busy!

I have noticed the mg was changed in the office but not on the web site for dosing. I am giving the mg I was told to in the office.

The charges not explained well.When trying to get blood from dog did in neck without luck. never seen drawing blood from neck. had to take to back was not really pleased with this since it took awhile. Tech not very friendly. Will be changing vets. the cost was very high too and didn t really want kennel cough shot, but said she needed it even though our dogs never go from house to backyard and occasional car ride to another house that has no pets. she got very sick after shot too. Sorry but will be transferring to different vet.

$34 for a nail trim seems a little steep ???????

It was an excellent experience. Katelyn was absolutely terrific! She explained all procedural and financial aspects of the visit. Dr. Gandy spent a good deal of time with us (my pooch and I) and is super friendly, caring and thorough. I m so happy to have great care for my special baby.

I don t understand why my dog does not get tag at the vet s office.We have hone to this particular office since Bama was a puppy and always got her tag with her annual shots.It s very inconvenient having to go to the Animal Shelter or get it shipped to you using QRS code.Never seen a charge for OSHA on my pets bill either?
