I don t recall meeting the vet, but this place is awesome! They answered many questions and explained how to care for him after he was neutered. The outside is well taken care of as is the waiting/front desk. This area was spic n span! It was so clean! Thanks to all.

I really am very happy with my dogs care. I have fallen on bad circumstances in recent times and it s hard to bring a dog to the vet due to things such as shame that you haven t been able to provide your dog best medical care. It s very nice to have a vet that understands my dogs needs for care and not make me feel terrible for just trying to get my dog care for things of upmost importance such as a dangerous heart murmur. It really has been a tremendous relief knowing all the time that my dog has an established relationship with a vet care provider.

When I go somewhere for healthcare services, I don’t want to be pitched “packages.” I’m caring for my canine companion, not buying a car or an extra value meal. My dog has a schedule of vaccinations and I prefer not to be told I’ll be receive (a) services I did not request or (b) services ahead of schedule. The dog just recovered from deworming less than a week prior. I prefer to think, perhaps erroneously, that care comes before profit. Ya’ll gotta eat, I get it, but don’t be so pushy. My appointment was for 9:30, but it was probably around 10:00 when a tech finally came to the exam room. I also find it odd that even though my dog has a two-syllable, phonetically spelled name, not one person said it correctly and they even added random vowels. That’s minor, but combine with the pressured sales, I didn’t get the impression that staff was primarily interested in their patients so much as they were with money. Lastly it is tacky to share my contact info; in the two days since my appointment I have received several promotional emails for add-on services/insurance. Again, that send the impression that this clinic will exhaust all opportunities to get one more dollar out of the client. I used this clinic when it was under previous management 2009-2016, and I would like to continue to use this clinic as it is close to my house, but never before did it feel like I was being waited on at an Applebees until my first appointment under current management. The front desk was kind and personable, if apparently overwhelmed.
