Was in & out in less than 30 minutes. They were patient with my dog who is a nervous boy in clinics, love that I see the same vet anytime I am there it makes the process a lot more comfortable. sweet, caring staff!

The only problem we had was that it was a little too warm in the treatment room we were in but Dr. Nikel acknowledged that as soon as she cane in and did not make us be in there any more than was necessary.

My dog had very bad yeast infections in his ears. I was not offered lower costing medications because they were on order...so I did not have a choice, but to pay the higher cost. I did so...but would have chosen the lower costing prescription if it had been available. Instead, the visiting vet merely shrugged...

The vet was amazing. The woman in the front was not very friendly and borderline rude.

The way DEBBIE is so calm and quiet helps Maggie settle. She basically has to shave her at least 30 minutes and Maggie just sits there and let’s us do that grooming to her! A 25 pound Maine Coon could do some damage if she wanted to. If we stay calm and talk to her she stays relaxed! Another DEBBIE success!!

My suggestion would be that the office give me a call when the procedure is about to begin. I worried needlessly because I hadn t heard by lunchtime. I had to call to check on my pet. I later found out that the procedure was delayed due to some sick pets/emergency, etc. I totally get that. No problem. But next time I know to ask for a call when they are going to start procedure so I don t worry so much. Thanks, Becky Higgins

First time ever at this vet, after using another vet office for the past 16 yrs. We both were very impressed, and really liked Dr. Pruett and Sarah. So far, we think we made a good choice to switch vet services. Time will tell.

The staff is exceptional! The care my pets receive is the best around. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

They are always so helpful and show genuine feelings toward the dogs. Give good explanations about drugs and or treatment. We have had to put two dogs down in the last two years and the whole staff has been very helpful and kind. Thank you all.

My tech and Dr Pruett were thorough and kind and answered all my questions with patience. I love that Dr Pruett did the entire puppy exam on the floor where he was most comfortable!

Dr. Pruett-Becker always takes the time to let our pets “warm up” to her, which helps lessen their stress. Very caring, and never makes us feel like she’s rushing to get to the next appointment. Thank you for all you do!

My appointment was 100% great. I had questions about Aggie s diet and the person helping me was very informative. I got samples of new kibble for her. So no problems. But there was a couple that came in and without asking questions I could see they were needing to put their dog down. It was so sad. They came in before Aggie went back for her appointment and were still in the waiting room when we left. I think when people come in for this they should be taken into a room quickly. I know I would want to away from people at a time like that. They were very upset and the dog was so weak. Just my opinion. Love Combs!
