We were given an estimated fee range for initial evaluation of the healthy stray kitten brought to your office which acrued to around $100 maximum - but the actual fee was closer to 200, although the kitten was healthy - so there should have been no unanticipated fees. A more accurate estimate would have been helpful given the arrival of a stray was an unexpected budgetary item. But we were pleased with the care given and look forward to continuing care of our pets in your practice.

I have taken all my pets here because of the service I get. From the greeting when you come in to speaking with the doctor it is clear that everyone cares about you and your pet. Will continue to use them as the care for my pets!!

I went to Combs Clinic when it was in the basement of Dr. Combs house and then for years when new climic opened, Our preferred vet left and after a couple of negative experiences went elsewhere but they could not see my dog that day and I am so thankful Combs could get her in right away. I might consider changing back to Combs!

I m personally not a fan of traveling veterinarians and vet staff. The vet and staff were lovely to deal with, but I felt a disconnect due to not knowing the community. This was disappointing.

My only concern was that I called on Monday at 3pm to see if I could get my dog in quickly. The receptionist referred me to other veterinary. I thought that was strange. I did get in the next morning and I was pleased.

I really appreciate your vet tech Brenda, she has been a great help to me in keeping Amos healthy, and when we saw a older male vet Tuesday, she was very helpful to him as he seemed somewhat absent minded. Brenda deserves a raise in my view!!!

My dog does not wait patiently for his appointment and staff here make it easier by letting us wait outside until it’s his turn to be seen. I appreciate that very much.

Your office is professionally run. Knowing the staff is excellent i feel reassured taking my pets to Combs.

My pet was sent home with an antibiotic and a pain medication that ended up constipating her. I ve now spent $300 at another vet to have x-rays, meds, and an enema administered to try to bring some relief to her. The problem still hasn t been fully resolved, so there is likely to be more money and time spent at the other vet. In the future, it would be helpful if the staff could let us know that this could happen potentially and ways to combat the issue. Had I known that constipation might be a problem with these medications, I could ve taken the initiative to give my pet over the counter remedies to help ease her stool. I trust the vets and vet techs and follow their instructions to the letter, but I ll need to be clued in to potential problems so I can administer preventative care to my pet.

I will definitely return!

I’m very happy with Combs

I was so impressed with the vet and the staff that we saw. Everyone was so kind and patient with me, my daughter, and our three dogs. One was so old that she doesn t move well or fast, but that was no problem. One was so nervous that she was nippy twice, but they found ways to help ease her into the situation and ease her through it. The last one is so miserable with allergies, but they also diagnosed her with a skin yeast infection and two days later she is so much better! I loved my old vet before he retired, my interim was meh, but I am in love again with a vet. Thank you so much for the time and care you took with us! Words can t express how much we appreciate it.
