Keep up the Great work!!

I love this place. I ve had many a dog and many a vet, but none that know my pet and me like Amigo. I can call and say Charlie needs this or that and they know who I am without 106 questions to verify identity. They can usually get you in within a couple days for an appt, if not the same day. And (my favorite) they call and check up on my pet the following day like nurses do with patients. Also, love the text reminders for heart guard. Love this place!

We waited over 30 min to be seen. The front desk never said anything as to why. Dr Tapia acknowledged it and apologized.

I absolutely love the staff there at amigo animal hospital because of all the positive emotion that is set by the staff and the ease to communicate with them.

Many of the techs went out of their way to make my dog feel comfortable. He was nervous & they kept giving him treats & petting him. Many people walked by just to give him a treat and a pet. He left wagging his tail & more secure. Thank you!

For our first visit, I felt that my dog and myself were treated like family and the entire staff cared about my dog. I am extremely pleased!!

If the doc is running behind, the front desk staff should call the customers and let them know to come in later instead of making us wait an hour past our appointment time to be seen- all while keeping our pet happy in the waiting room. I understand being behind, but what is the point of making an appt if the times are not kept?

I really appreciate how the girls remember all of my dogs and show them so much love and attention. However, due to costly vet bills for my 5 dogs, I am forced to start taking my dogs to an animal clinic in Castroville. I will miss the Amigo Clinic staff and all of their tender, loving care for my fur babies. If things do not go well in Castroville, I will always remember to go home to Amigo s!

Sometimes life makes it difficult to deal with animals plagued by recurrent illnesses. Dr. Tapia never seems to judge. She cares for the animals the best she can within resonable limits until the right procedures can be afforded.

The entire staff along with the veterinarians are wonderful. By far the best clinic I have ever had servicing my pets! Thank you!

The best veterinary hospital.

This was my first visit to Amigo. The staff was friendly & helpful. The office seemed clean. My only discomfort was in the waiting room. The sun bearing down was hot & uncomfortable. Possibly add the UV protective film to the windows for added help to keep that area cooler. Thanks to all the lovely people who helped us!

The staff was AMAZING in getting my cat Smeef seen for his neuter. I appreciate every single one of the staff members, yall rock! Thank you again

If at all possible when appts are running late could I get a call or text so I don t have to wait in the lobby? My dog is big and gets excited when she s other animals and I think she scares other people because she s so big and loud. I would rather wait in the car or walk around until it s our turn and get a text when it s my turn.

Always excellent- everyone (the front desk, techs and doctors) is so kind and knowledgeable.

Staff was so caring and loving to my pet who was very nervous and difficult at times and Dr Tapia was very eager to answer my questions and showed that she cared for the wellbeing of my pet.

My husband received the call on Carl s lab results. I think the person who brings the animal for the check up should be the one called. A minor detail that could further your excellent service. I received the reminders, survey, and scheduled the appointment. Overall, very happy with Amigo.

We missed our appointment by 40 min. Staff unwilling to work with us. Instead told us they can get us in in 2 weeks. Went to another vet took us same day. We won t be coming back to Amigo. Keith Provencher
