I have never in my life had a vet or their people take better care of my babies!!!! I love the Vet and staff in this facility and will never change to anyone else. They love my pets/babies almost as much as I do!!!!! Thanks to the Drs. here I have never been more satisfied and that also includes the staff.

Our first visit. Doctor and staff were great. But wait time was way too long. Had 2 appointments set, 2:30 and 3:15. Didn t get taken back for both until 3:30. Then it took another hour and a half to complete our visit. Love the online scheduling and email follow-ups of lab results. Appreciate the call to check on how the dogs were doing after our visit.

We would like to thank the staff and Dr. For spending the time to explain to us our options with our dog. We felt the personal individualized care needed to help us make the best decision. We did not feel like we were just another swipe of a debit card.

Sometimes its hard to get a late afternoon or Saturday appointment and the wait in the office is a little long at times. But the staff and Dr. Tapia are great and genuinely care about my dog and her health. That s why I keep going back.
