Everyone here shows great kindness and affection to my animals while they are being treated.

I received a great follow up email. I had a question and replied to the email. I am still awaiting a response. And that I m not happy about.

An info flyer or something for brand new pet parents would be amazing. I felt bad to delay the vet and tech with my million questions (which they thoroughly answered without rushing me!)

Remember to draw blood if patient is needing heartworm prevention. Had to have blood drawn on 3 dogs after exam was over. Received phone call saying that 2 of 3 dogs had negative heartworm tests. Now I have to call back and make sure the other dog s test is negative too
