I was a little salty about having to wait over a half hour in my car despite arriving 5 minutes before my confirmed appointment. I can’t comment on cleanliness because I wasn’t allowed in. I also requested a nail trim which was overlooked.

Both the doctors and staff are awesome! I have a somewhat difficult pet and she is treated with patience and kindness. I like how everything is explained and cost is discussed upfront. Most of all, I know my pets are in good hands.??

I was very happy with the attention I had and all the time they spent with Mia. Also everything was well explained To me and I was happy they called to find out how Mia was doing the next day. Thank u very much for all the help.

The only issue was that we dropped off the cats at 8:45 and they weren t ready until late afternoon. That was a long day for them cooped up in their carriers with no food, water, and toilet in addition to them having fasted since midnight. Quite stressful.

I sent an email requesting the results of the work done on my dog after speaking with the vet. Never received that email with the results.

I called to set an appointment for Bentley to be seen because she has been on her new pills for 1 month they set the appointment for that day 3:30 pm. I explain before hand that she had jumped out of the car last visit and hurt her leg so she was a bit traumatized by a car ride. They said someone would be right out to help me get her out of the car. I called upon arriving and we sat in the car for 35 mins only to be told we should reschedule. My dog was in that car almost an hour that day. I’m sorry but that was just wrong. My dog stood up and cried the entire time she was in the car. She is over 13 years old and does not need to be put through that. If you make someone an appointment their should be no need for a wait. If you have an emergency come in pick up the phone an call the scheduled appointment to explain. I Was not happy how my dog was treated. I feel they took on as many people as they could for the $$$. It was very disappointing.

Under the excellent leadership of Drs. Bushnell and Novey, the entire RAH staff are invariably professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, helpful, patient, caring, and understanding. There is never any doubt that the care and treatment of the non-human members of our family by these professional will be, without exception, the absolute best. I have, and will always, strongly recommend to any person whose family member needs such care.

Was 100% very pleased from the moment I open the door ! They are a very warming vets ! I did like that my Nova was drop off in the morning and was ready for me to get her( she was there for spaying) ! I felt the cost was very reasonable ! When picking a vet you want the best for your fur babies well this is the place to go!!
