Dr. Linn is great. He reassured me about shadow and encouraged me to continue to monitor. He didn’t make me feel “crazy” for wanting shadow to be evaluated. Appreciated the lidocaine mixed with the injection for his nausea.

After procedure or surgery would be better to be able to speak with the doctor for a minute rather then a tech.

Waiting took over an hour and a hf for a rabies shot and nail trim. However staff was very nice. The lady checking me out had a bit of an attitude and just gave me my bill with no explanation.

The staff are always wonderful and friendly. The wait in the foyer was not long however the wait in the room was over 30 minutes. Eventually a different veterinarian came to see us which was great, I just wish it would have happened sooner or someone would have checking in with us to let us know they were running behind schedule. Not a big deal but better communication would have been nice.

I would like to suggest when your customer requests a room, and you tell that customer there is one open. DO NOT make them wait in the waiting room with other animals trying to come threw

Very busy, we waited in exam room for 45 minutes,to be seen, our dog needed a rabies shot. When I was paying, the waiting room was packed, had never seen that before. Everyone there is very nice, and Dr Ketchum is excellent vet. Didn t expect to wait so long

Always excellent care

I was a walk in . I had never had to do that before and was prepared for a long wait. But, my dog Abby was seen in a timely manner and as always, Dr Ketchum was thorough and thoughtful and helpful. We are so grateful to have this quality of care and the wonderful facilities that are available to us.

Every time we have needed to call or visit, you all have been very helpful

My pets have been cared for by the Ozark Vet Clinic for 32 years. I could not find a finer staff of people than those employed here and who expertly care for my dog and cat.

The office seems to be disorganized and cluttered.

The staff at the front are always extremely helpful and super nice. The vet tech was extremely rude when I was first taken back. I didn’t appreciate the way I was being talked to by her and she seemed very irritable. Once Dr. Ketchum and Vet Tech Megan then came in, they were super nice. Thanks so much Dr. Ketchum and Megan.

I was a drop in and then my mother in law let me have her appointment thank goodness. The staff and vet, Rebecca, were just amazing.

I have been coming there since the 1980 s and I have always been impressed with the staff. They have always been great-the dr s are very knowledgeable.

Ozark Vet Clinic has always exceeded my expectations. As I ve moved (Just to Springfield and the Spokane area), it s made it very hard to visit other vets in an effort of convenience - they always fall short of my expectations, because OVC has always exceeded them. Love the clinic, love the Lynn s, love the staff.

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 45 YEARS,BEFORE YOU WAS EVER IN THE BUILDING YOUR IN NOW. I HAVE ALWAY S BEEN SATISFIED. THEY CAME IN TOOK A STOOL SAMPLE SAID IT TAKES ABOUT 10 MINS. FOR RESULTS, THEN THE DOCTOR WOULD BE IN. I DID HAVE TO WAIT IN THE ROOM FOR ALMOST A HOUR FOR THE DOCTOR THAT SEEN BELLA THE LAST VISIT,WAS NOT REAL HAPPY ABOUT THAT. THANK YOU CHERI

Every staff member in your office has been fantastic, compassionate and thorough every step of the way. I mostly appreciate the updates and ability to visit Penny while she was admitted. This approach has really relieved a lot of our stress and worry.
