My dogs get the good care from the Ozark Vet Clinic. Dr. Linn, Dr.Ketchum and staff are the best!! I live in Branson but drive to Ozark for my babies deserve the best. I appreciate each and every employee at OVC.

The Vet and the assistants were very friendly and kind and loving to our dogs! The Vet explained all I needed to know.

Dr. Ketchem & her staff are so knowledgeable, thorough & wonderful. They re so busy, yet make sure all questions are answered & offer excellent care. It s very appreciated & comforting.

My only complaint is...you are WAY TO GOOD, and your always filled up..that being said, we got there at seven thirty and waited and we got in right away. Everything was fully explained, the care was awesome.

One of my best Ozark Vet experiences. The waiting room was not full to overflowing with 8+ people ahead of me, o did appreciate that. The staff (front desk) was very helpful and friendly. The vet techs (nothing that I saw were alo very helpful and informative, answering all my questions. Dr. Linn was amazing as always!

Tech took care of us quickly and efficiently.

Every one was perfect they know our pets been see them for years when one of my babies come on scared they go ahead and check us in the tech immediately comes out to get us in a room we appreciate that so much we appreciate all the kindness we receive We drive over and hour to bring our babys to Ozark Veterinary Clinic they are he best I’ll never use any other vet

They were quick, helpful and took wonderful care of my dog that needed immediate attention. They made him feel comfortable and loved on when they took him back, which made me feel so relieved. They were also very informative in describing his diagnosis and further steps we would need to take. I would definitely recommend!

Always an amazing experience. Friendly staff and vet spends ample amount of time with each dog and explains the situation in detail. Walk-ins take some time, but it is worth it from my experience.

The wait times have always been and continue to be terrible. If it weren’t for Dr Ketchum I’ve often considered going somewhere else just because of it. Waiting for extended periods in a crowded lobby, with an anxious dog and other owners that don’t control theirs makes for high stress for both of us. I’m always on time but end up waiting way past my appointment time. I understand staffing issues but then maybe don’t schedule as many appointments so as to have a backlog of waiting clients.
