I wish you didn t have to wait hours when you have a appointment. I also wish you could get a appointment when you REALLY Need 1.

My wait time was much less than normal and I appreciated being seen within a half hour of my appointment

Everyone and everything was great!

This was the 2nd time I made an appointment and had to wait! First time I had to wait over an hour, this time was 20-25 min.

Thanks for taking such care of these difficult girls! They were pandemic puppies so they are very nervous around strangers.

We love you guys and the great work you do! (It would be nice to have some kind of emergency, after-hours availability at your clinic again, if possible.) Please let Dr.Jessie and others (who helped with Moses’ eye surgery) know how much we appreciate their excellence and kindness.

Sad to put my 18 year old Celine to sleep, however, your staff was so understanding… brought me a blanket to hold Celine, as she passed on to doggie heaven. Thank you for your kindness.

All the staff are Pleasant and very helpful from those at the front desk To those technicians and assistants helping with the pets. I can t say enough good about the staff! I also love both doctor linn and ketchem. Both are extremely knowledgeable and have a wealth of experience. And doctor ketchum has a way with My problem child Luna. I am so thrilled to find this Practice!

The Dr took longer with us even though she was busy so she could listen to our issues with Oliver and answer our questions .

Dr. Linn is great. He reassured me about shadow and encouraged me to continue to monitor. He didn’t make me feel “crazy” for wanting shadow to be evaluated. Appreciated the lidocaine mixed with the injection for his nausea.

After procedure or surgery would be better to be able to speak with the doctor for a minute rather then a tech.

Waiting took over an hour and a hf for a rabies shot and nail trim. However staff was very nice. The lady checking me out had a bit of an attitude and just gave me my bill with no explanation.

The staff are always wonderful and friendly. The wait in the foyer was not long however the wait in the room was over 30 minutes. Eventually a different veterinarian came to see us which was great, I just wish it would have happened sooner or someone would have checking in with us to let us know they were running behind schedule. Not a big deal but better communication would have been nice.

I would like to suggest when your customer requests a room, and you tell that customer there is one open. DO NOT make them wait in the waiting room with other animals trying to come threw

Very busy, we waited in exam room for 45 minutes,to be seen, our dog needed a rabies shot. When I was paying, the waiting room was packed, had never seen that before. Everyone there is very nice, and Dr Ketchum is excellent vet. Didn t expect to wait so long

Always excellent care

I was a walk in . I had never had to do that before and was prepared for a long wait. But, my dog Abby was seen in a timely manner and as always, Dr Ketchum was thorough and thoughtful and helpful. We are so grateful to have this quality of care and the wonderful facilities that are available to us.

Every time we have needed to call or visit, you all have been very helpful
