Every staff member in your office has been fantastic, compassionate and thorough every step of the way. I mostly appreciate the updates and ability to visit Penny while she was admitted. This approach has really relieved a lot of our stress and worry.

Best Vet clinic in Ozark.

We went in on a Saturday for a walk-in appointment, and they were excellent as always. They were very thorough with her, and they listened to all we had to say, and they were extremely helpful in all regards. And now a week later, she s good as new. Couldn t be more pleased.

Always have a good experience with Ozark Vet Clinic. I drive from Branson to use this clinic. Well worth the drive!!!

Renee is awesome! Dr. Ketchum is amazing! The front desk girls are friendly. I drive 45 minutes to use this veterinarian service. They have done miracles to save my babies. No better place to go.

I’m a longtime client with multiple pets established as patients at Ozark Vet. I’ve always referred people here as I felt like the service couldn’t be beat. Over the last year, I feel like the service has left so much to be desired. Our recent experience has lead us to find a new vet to establish care with. The price is very high, as well, which I wouldn’t mind paying it if it felt like the level of care matched the cost. I know vets are in short supply and I sympathize with trying to get through these times of being understaffed, but I feel that the way our last several visits have been, plus the steep prices, have brought us to find a new vet.

We got there when you opened Saturday and we were seen just before you closed the doors, in fact they were bringing in the number taker as we left. But I wouldn t take my animals any place else! Thank you for being there!

When I called I was told they were booked an I could come In as a walk in an they would work me in I waited less then 5 min now i don t know if it was because I had a screaming kitten or they really weren t busy..

My wait time was very long, but I understand there could have been some sort of emergency walk in that I was unaware of.

They are consistently excellent vets and vet staff. I would not trust anyone else.

The front desk staff is hit and miss on if you get a nice one or one that makes you feel like you are being rude taking up their time. The male doctor is very rough with my animals and I can t count the times I had to tell him my cats had already had certain shots last month.

Had to wait 25 minutes after I entered the examination room to see the vet and I had the first appointment of the day. Two of the procedures I asked to have done having been notified of the need by a card from the clinic, were not done.

You were recommended by Seven Hills, my normal vet. Lady Ace needed attention on a Saturday morning, a holiday weekend, and You were able to get us in and fix her up. Hopefully she wasn t too much of a handful. Very professional quote personable. Dr. Linn explained everything. She is doing just fine so far. Thanks again.

I am new to the area and was a little nervous about changing vets after having the same one for 20+ years. Service and staff were top notch. Rates are reasonable. I am happy this is the place I chose for my new veterinary needs.
