Prices are getting to high

It is frustrating to know that EVERY time I call, I am asked to please hold . I then wait 2-7 minutes for someone to actually talk to me. Is there a better system to answer the phones than to place EVERY customer on hold when they call?

I just want to say Thank You to Dr. Ketchum for always being so kind and for showing that she truly cares by loving my sweet Opea Ann! It makes me feel so much better when she picks her up so gently and hugs her close when she has to leave the room with her. She treats her as if she is her own! I was very scared not knowing what they were going to find on the X-rays so it did ease me some at least knowing she was hugging her in her arms to make her feel better. She s just so sweet! I m thankful that I ve always been able to take Opea Ann to her ever since she was just a 6 week old pup. I hope she knows how wonderful she is! Thanks to you all for being great!

You were all accommodating and willing to work with me. I greatly greatly appreciated everything. thank you again. I think your office is one of the best in the county

The only thing I would change is the time it takes to get paid after the visit. I had two rambunctious dogs, one barking continually, and had to wait more than 10 minutes after our visit to get checked out at the front desk. I had to go put one in the car while we waited and it took longer than I was comfortable leaving her in the car.

We love Dr. Ketchum! Jade was back to herself by the next morning. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby!!

Thanks for the friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and Shelby even opened the door for me, since I was carrying my dog that wasn t able to walk in. I was a walk in and very little wait time.;

The female Vet seemed annoyed with my questions, and was in my opinion, unnecessary short and terse in her responses. Maybe it was just a bad day for her,but I was unimpressed with her lack of patience and professionalism.

I would TRUST no one else for my companions care. Cannot say enough good about the Doctors and Staff.

I specifically drive from Springfield to see Dr. Linn and Dr. Ketchum because I think they are great. I love that Dr. Linn explains everything clearly and tells me exactly what I need to know in order to make the best choices for the care of my pets. their diagnostic skills are excellent. I really feel that both he and Dr. Ketchum care about my pets, not just the money.

Dr. Ketchem is always great. Before paying, it is always nice to see a breakdown of costs (rather than paying then having to check the invoice). Always a good experience... the only negative experience was with Dr. King, so it is worth having a schedule out a bit to get Dr. Ketchem!

The only thing that we were very and highly displeased about was that you do not engrave our pets name and number on the back of the tag. We live in Springfield and if one of our dogs got out, by the time someone that would actually call your office and then you all call us....it s to long of a time. Also, how do we know that your response time to notify us will be quick? Thank you!

Hannah has gone to one of the Drs at the clinic since we got her at 2.2 lbs for her first shots & exam. We have been pleased with each Dr & each staff member!!

I expressed my concerns to Dr King regarding the lack of courteousness by the receptionist. The receptionist demanded payment before I had even met with the doctor regarding my pet s tests. I have a feeling that she was the same rude receptionist that my partner encountered when he picked up our pet a few weeks prior. He did not have enough cash with him to cover the bill and instead of being discrete, she announced to the rest of the staff--hence the entire waiting room--that he did not have enough money and would have to come back. She definitely could have handled both situations with more professionalism. If the doctor had not been so thorough and kind, we would certainly go somewhere else because of the receptionist. I do not know her name but she was the one sitting on the right side of the desk, when you walk in and face the desk.

Congratulations to your new office manager, she is an asset for sure. She has been with us through a lot of teeth pulling and an upset parent worrying about Sara not being able to eat. She stayed calm and assured Morris Sara would be fine.

Your facility is the best. I was forced to go to another vet a few years ago. While the place was clean, the vet and staff weren t anything close to the Ozark Vet staff. Thanks for caring for our animals and us so well.

We have used the services of this clinic for 30 years and have no reason to consider any other provider.
