Dr. Ketchem is always great. Before paying, it is always nice to see a breakdown of costs (rather than paying then having to check the invoice). Always a good experience... the only negative experience was with Dr. King, so it is worth having a schedule out a bit to get Dr. Ketchem!

The only thing that we were very and highly displeased about was that you do not engrave our pets name and number on the back of the tag. We live in Springfield and if one of our dogs got out, by the time someone that would actually call your office and then you all call us....it s to long of a time. Also, how do we know that your response time to notify us will be quick? Thank you!

Hannah has gone to one of the Drs at the clinic since we got her at 2.2 lbs for her first shots & exam. We have been pleased with each Dr & each staff member!!

I expressed my concerns to Dr King regarding the lack of courteousness by the receptionist. The receptionist demanded payment before I had even met with the doctor regarding my pet s tests. I have a feeling that she was the same rude receptionist that my partner encountered when he picked up our pet a few weeks prior. He did not have enough cash with him to cover the bill and instead of being discrete, she announced to the rest of the staff--hence the entire waiting room--that he did not have enough money and would have to come back. She definitely could have handled both situations with more professionalism. If the doctor had not been so thorough and kind, we would certainly go somewhere else because of the receptionist. I do not know her name but she was the one sitting on the right side of the desk, when you walk in and face the desk.

Congratulations to your new office manager, she is an asset for sure. She has been with us through a lot of teeth pulling and an upset parent worrying about Sara not being able to eat. She stayed calm and assured Morris Sara would be fine.

Your facility is the best. I was forced to go to another vet a few years ago. While the place was clean, the vet and staff weren t anything close to the Ozark Vet staff. Thanks for caring for our animals and us so well.

We have used the services of this clinic for 30 years and have no reason to consider any other provider.

You keep an excellent appearance, and a fantastic staff! It is always a joy to go by your place. Pete is starting to get used to it, and even got excited this time. Last time I picked him up he had bloody stool for a few days, but showed no signs of stress this time. Maybe a few more day boarding stays would be good for him! Thanks!

I cannot imagine entrusting my 4-leggers to any other set of physicians (vets) than Drs Linn, King, et al Dr Linn makes sure he has only the best of professionals from the clinicians to the techs and assistants to the staff up front. EVERYONE is the epitome of professionalism. Although this last appointment was an emergency fit-in/walkin visit, Dr Linn was so concerned about our having to wait that he explained that Drs Ketchum & King were in surgeries with emergencies, even shared why they were emergencies which I thought was very considerate, and then stepped in to see Siamie and get him treated asap. I m drive all the way from Branson to see the docs at OVC and I can tell you the 2 times I selfishly let them be seen locally we lost both dogs to those vets mistreating them. SO, lesson learned, I was reminded if you love your 4-legger, don t worry about distance, drive and get the best care possible. THANK YOU DR LINN for treating Siamie, he is doing GREAT and that is thanks to Dr Ketchum and mostly YOU Dr Linn for seeing our baby boy and making him well again. GOD BLESS YOU.

I checked 5 stars on each question. It is an excellent clinic and my dog is already responding to the meds ordered for her. It is a wonderful clinic.

Not all of the questions apply since this was a large animal visit to my location (for my horses). But I answered based on previous office visits for my dogs -- you guys are the best! Thanks for all you do.

Excellent in every respect. Only concern was the next day. For the very first time, all four poms did not want to eat or even go outside the day after getting vaccinated....that was strange. Second day out, they were pretty much back to normal....still sore to the touch, but eating. That is the only thing I ve never experienced or never been told could happen. Very happy to be a part of this clinic!!! :-)

My vet was very knowledgeable and helpful with my new puppy. I didn t feel like she was trying to cheat me out of a few bucks like other places I have been which made me feel very comfortable with ozark vet clinic

I called late morning and they were booked solid, but to go ahead and come and they d work us in. Even though we waited longer I appreciated their concern and willingness to help despite the fact I had no appointment. That s one of many reasons I ve been going there for several years and will continually do so.

Dr King was very thorough and kept me informed I was very satisfied
