I have been a long time client of Ozark Vet, and over the past year stop using the vet clinic due to the poor service of the front office staff. It ranged from either being put on hold and left there for well over 10 minutes to the point that we just gave up and call another clinic. or we would request a certain vet and either get schedule with another vet or get told that it would be a 2 week wait to see our vet of choice. or asking for a vet call back and never receiving one. Only to find out she was never given the message. In January we called to make an appointment can got right through even though is was a Saturday, the staff was very friendly and I got the appointment made with no problems. This recent visit was due to a accident that my dog had and the service was much better even with it being after hours on a Saturday. Personally I really like the vets and would like to return as client, but still the concern of the front office staff. Which I do see improvements being made.

I have been going to Ozark Veterinary Clinic since 1997. They are always responsive, and have updated services and techniques as times change. They are all kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for taking care of all my animal friends!!!

This does not seem to be working on my computer. In essence The wait time was a bit long and I had to wait a couple of days to have my pet seen but things were clean and everyone was lovely and attentive and caring.

Clinic, Vet s, all staff were wonderful….. The survey was worthless, no way to use any score.. Waste of my time and unless there is something I don t get it is also a waste of yours. Obviously waste of your money as well..

Dr Linn is always very patient and answers ? s, he also nonjudgemetal.

Tracy should introduce herself when she comes in. She did so when I asked, however. Since my appt was somewhat of an emergency, she may have been more focused on my cat,though. She & the vet tech did a good job.

Everyone is so nice. I appreciate the fast response if I call with a question. Really great place!

My husband is the one who took Charlie to see Dr. King. When Dr. King called 3 days later to check on Charlie I learned more about Charlie s condition that I had from my husband. It was nice to receive a call from Dr. King. She showed concern for him. Thank you for taking such good care of Charlie and my other fur babies as well as any foster babies that I have.

I thought to save time and gas I would take my cats to another vet here in Springfield but it was a terrible mistake! I will travel the extra 15 miles away to stay with Ozark Veterinary Clinic! Everyone is so friendly and I feel the love and genuine concern for my cats. It was like coming home after the horrible experience we had with a different vet. Thank you so much for the care you give to my animals! I won t stray ever again!??

Did not have appointment and called due to a sick dog and got in the same day. Very pleased and that is the reason we have used Doctor Lynn s services for 30 years.

I could not get the value to set. I would rate all questions a 5. Very happy with service provided. Would like to get my rebate from flea and tick meds. Bought in May and still not received.

When I bring in Lucy or Roxie I always get great service. I always use Dr. Ketchum or Dr. Clonts. I get the very best service from both of them. Keep up the good work!
