when i got home the portal in sams arm was still in it. i saw the bandage and just thought the portal came out and it was just bandaged to go home. anyway - got him in the house and saw it, the office said to come back but he was so stressed and it was hot in the car i said no and i took it out myself. otherwise everything was great. i love you guys, accidents happen, noones perfect

Dr Cribbs was thorough, gave explanations, and thought of my dog as a patient (not an animal), He took her age into consideration when considering a treatment plan. First time seeing Dr Cribbs and very impressed!!

I explained to the Dr. that my pet had a reaction to her shots when she was 2 or 3. Since then they have given her a steroid shot with her vaccine each year. The vet explained that she was giving an antihistamine shot instead. Later that afternoon I called because my pet was obviously having a reaction to her shot. The vet tech told me it was because she was old (8 yrs) and to just wait until she had difficulty breathing to bring her in. I was a bit upset by this. Yes, I know my dog is 8 yrs old, but this is a problem she had at a early age. I live over 50 miles from the Clinic. I felt like the tech was insensitive and didn t read Chika s record. My dog is fine now and I am not blaming the vet for choosing the antihistamine shot over the steroid shot, but when I called in I felt frustrated at the tech.

Not much information on the cause of problem. Instead of talking to the vet we had a very nice tech that had little info on the problem. For over night and $300 plus bill a more knowledge explaination would have been nice.

Cost is very high. When you have a pet that has a chronic ailment such as ear infections due to their breed. You require that a vet see them just to charge more money. It shouldn t be for the money but what s best for the pet and what the owners can afford.

When I called to get an appointment, usually I hear the name of the clinic with the words can you hold? immediately and than proceed to be on hold for several minutes every time. I called today and was surprised, I was not asked to be put on hold but rather addressed when I called. KUDOS for the customer service upgrade OVC!! The technician we saw for our dog was very patient and friendly. She was wonderful with him. Overall 5 STAR visit experience today start to finish.
