Tricia, the receptionist, is a wonderful human being and perfect for the job. Despite how qualified and polite the doctor and the techs are, if the receptionist is nasty, that makes the entire visit bad. Tricia is genuinely nice -- a good-hearted person, and I appreciate the time and attention she gives my Little Pepper and me. Pepper is a difficult cat who hates leaving home, and I am a very concerned pet momma. When I have to leave Little Pepper at the clinic, Tricia reassures me in person, and she calls me at home to give me updates on my furry baby. Thank you.

The whole staff is awesome always accommodating to me schedule

My pup had been throwing up all morning so I called to see if they could see him. The lady advised that they had no appointments but she could schedule him for the next morning. I told her thanks but I would find somewhere to take him sooner because I was worried. She immediately said that she would fit him in, to bring him. I was so relieved because they are just around the corner from my house. My husband took him and was very pleased with the service. Thank you

The vets and staff genuinely care about your pet. Their compassion not only your pet, but you as well, is phenomenal. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere but Copper Crowne for his medical as well as grooming needs.
