I really like Dr. Ashlyn and wish to continue taking my pet there. I was somewhat perplexed when the receptionist told me she was out to lunch from noon to two p.m. Yet I was called to pick up my pet in approximately 30 minutes. I just wondered if my pet had been treated by the doctor or did a regular worker give the shots. I truly appreciate Dr. Ashlyn taking the time to talk to me on the phone when I called. My pet is difficult and hates leaving the house. She is strictly an indoor cat. Dr. Ashlyn worked us in because it is soooooo hard to get the cat to the doctor. On another note, I don t worry about it, but I find it strange when employees refuse to wear mandated masks as the sign reads on the door. I know everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, but even if they are adamant about the uselessness of masks wearing, it does not hurt them to wear one. I take this seriously and will do my best to remain safe. Over 200,000 thousand dead people as a result of this virus is nothing to play with. I encountered two employees with no masks. In closing I like Dr. Ashlyn and hope she remains my baby s doctor.

The doctor wasn t in but I left the animal and was called when she examined the animal.

Excellent care and service. Expensive, but well worth it.
