I so appreciate all of you at The Veterinary clinic. Trisha is always so cheerful and helpful. The doctors and staff are wonderful!!

I love the Drs. and staff here. They are so compassionate, especially when I had to put my dog down. They are so caring with Aksel and concerned about his care. I wouldn’t want to bring Aksel any other place. We love Copper Crowne even though Aksel is not to excited to visit your office.

poor record keeping. age and weight not updated 13 years and 19 lbs. for 7/20/22 visit. weight on 9/27/22 visit actually a loss back to 18. then given prescription for $75 dollar sack of cat food intended for weight maintenance not loss. no reply to email requesting clarification

Copper Crown is slightly more expensive than some of the alternatives, but the service and care given to us and our animals outweighs the price difference exponentially. We wouldn t dream of bringing our pals anywhere else!

Tricia, the receptionist, is a wonderful human being and perfect for the job. Despite how qualified and polite the doctor and the techs are, if the receptionist is nasty, that makes the entire visit bad. Tricia is genuinely nice -- a good-hearted person, and I appreciate the time and attention she gives my Little Pepper and me. Pepper is a difficult cat who hates leaving home, and I am a very concerned pet momma. When I have to leave Little Pepper at the clinic, Tricia reassures me in person, and she calls me at home to give me updates on my furry baby. Thank you.
