I very much appreciate being able to call in and get an appt the same day when my Schroeder is having a problem. The fact that I was able to come in after work and have his issue addressed means the world to me. Thank you!

I love the way all of you are so caring about our Fur Baby s.I first came there to accompany my friend as her cat was put to sleep and was so impressed with the kindness shown that I ve been coming there ever since as have my 2 granddogs. I m so thankful for people who care.

The service has always been excellent as well as the staff. We have been coming to this facility close to 30 years. We love Dr. Poling.

Love Dr Polig..she is always very compassionate and takes a personal interest in us/our pet. We are more than happy with all the staff and have nothing but praise for the wonderful caring doctors and helpful staff members. The waiting room can be hairy with its size and an accumulation of animals- maybe something can be done to have those with unfriendly dogs wait outside or have their dogs contained?? That is the only issue we sometimes run into.. thanks again for the excellent care/service!

The office staff has always been friendly,considerate and helpful and at times very compassonate. After 45+ years I am never disappointed.

Dr. Poling is so patient explaining what is wrong with your pet and what needs to be done. She makes everything so simple to understand. My dogs have had Dr. Poling taking care of them for about 14 years.

Dr. Poling is like a cat whisperer . Our kitty really likes her. He doesn t like when he sees dogs in the waiting room. :)
