The doctors and staff have always been caring professionals, going beyond what is expected. I m very grateful for the way our cats have received excellent care and the way that their diagnoses and solutions have been explained to me. The cost of the services provided is very reasonable. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Avon Animal and Bird Hospital to others.

Dr. Poling is fantastic with my animals and I trust her judgment on care and treatment of my pets. Cari (sp?) is so wonderful with the animals as well as the people that they own. :>). She is extremely efficient running the office. Jessica is compassionate and caring.

I have been coming to see Dr Putkonen and Dr Poling for many years with many pets and rescues. I still come even though I have moved out of Lorain County. I have never been unhappy with the care our pets have received. The outcome is not always what we hope but anything that can be done is done. And I appreciate that so much. Thank you everyone at Avon Animal Hospital.
