The cushions in the rooms are sometimes covered in dog or cat hair. Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time for Dr to be ready. Love the milk bones in the lobby!

Always get an appt quickly, the veterinarians are very informative and helpful, and the clinics on the weekends for shots are awesome.
