Always a great experience

As long as Dr. Poling is there the operation could be run out of someone s basement. People would wait 3 hours and pay whatever the cost is because there is no one better than her.

Dr. Poling and staff are the best. She always takes great care of my pets. This visit was the first time I have been there since I brought my dog Cookie for her last visit. I loved seeing her picture and thank you card still hanging up. I miss Cookie more than you can imagine. Thank you!

dr. poling was wonderful. she was very knowledgeable and compassion in helping us deal with a very serious problem with otto, one that may cause us to have to put him down.

My former spouse brought Dodger in for an emergency visit and he didn’t know that I had dodger’s Vaccinations done at a vaccination clinic from another provider and Dodger was given shots according to your records which is not what he needed. I just would have appreciated a call to double check what he needed instead of giving them to him and billing me for it. That aside I very much appreciate you taking care of Dodger with this emergency.

The time in the waiting room was over 30 minutes. For someone with a more aggressive dog, this was so long. Maybe let “patients” know about how long the wait will be so we could take the dogs for a walk.

Dr. Poling is extremely present during our appointments, paying very close attention to my pet’s needs. The entire staff is also extremely pleasant.

Dr Putkonen went above and beyond and is awesome, he gave me his personal cell phone number so I could give him an update on my dogs condition later that night. He was genuinely concerned about my pets health.

Unfortunatley I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before seeing the vet. This can be challenging with a pet. Normally I do not wait that long. I called that morning to get in and I was told they could take me at 6:15. I could have waited until the next day instead of waiting as long as I did.

Dr. Anita Poling is really good at treating cats. Our kitty doesn t like the idea of going to the vet but always seems calm around Dr. Poling. She is a cat whisperer .

Always will recommend this Animal Hospital. They are very upfront with costs and the vaccine clinic is a big help. In the last year I had health scares with two of my cats and Dr. P he was amazing at getting them back on track. I have had follow up care and saw the other Doctors and they were so caring and good with them.
