We love all the Drs here, esp Dr Poling. We usually have to wait a bit even with appointment but don t mind because the care is top notch and we have brought our Murphy here since we got him nearly 12 yrs ago! Would not change! Some of the gals at the desk seem a bit frazzled but they are young and might be new..again, we take it in stride to get the best care possible!

We will stay with Avon Animal Hospital even though we have moved out of Lorain County. We have had numerous dogs and cats treated there and the vets and staff are wonderful. We just learned about the Samaritan Fund and will be making donations periodically to ensure the help is there for those who need it. You all are First Class!

Glad my dog is keeping up with her shots & Avon animal hospital is very good with their patients. A bit pricey on office call though. I mjght check around for other clinics . I was supposed to check on her

I was disappointed at our cats appearance (hind quarters were very damp and disheveled). I realize that this was probably a result of that procedure necessary to administer his treatment. But a little extra effort (perhaps more toweling ) would have been appreciated. Otherwise, we have always been very satisfied with the care and attention given Sam on all his previous appointments.
