Carrie was awesome. She took extra care of my dog and made it a point to take time out of her day to call me and reassure me that my he was doing fine and they were taking good care of him.

Honestly, I cannot think of any area for improvement. If I examine every step from the time I made my appointment, to the time that staff gave a post-appointment, follow up call, I cannot think of anything that could be improved. You are doing a great job, that is why we are loyal to and refer others to your practice.

The parent of the cat is a developmentally disabled adult who would drive any professional nuts. Dr. Poling is a saint with this client. I would like to adopt her.
