I have been going to the Westlock Vet clinic for over 18 years and I have never once had a problem with anything. They have always been able to accommodate no matter what. I would say in the past year it can be rather difficult to get an appointment for a pet. However staff is very friendly and efficient in person, vet care very good.

I think it was a great visit and the changes due to COVID-19 was effective and easy to follow.

I had an urgent walk in same-day visit (August11)....but all good. Did not meet the vet...Brenden...but the ph conversation prior to him seeing dog...and after worked fine. Pls tell Brenden that Ranger recovered from his diarrhea within 36 hrs and there was no re-occurrence. T.U.

I really appreciate you all. You give our pets a better life and I can t thank you enough. Hopefully we never see you again would be the best compliment I can give.

Right from the moment I drove up and dialed the number; while following the clearly visible instructions on the sign, I found everything prompt and easy! The staff were sincere and helpful! The vet we seen was fantastic! I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who loves their pets.
