I waited in my car due to Covid and explained that I would wait in my car and be available on my cell if the vet needed to talk to me. An hour later I went into the office and asked if my pet had been seen yet. The vet thought I had gone to do some errands, said my message did not get passed on. Also explained to the lady that took the pet the symptoms and she did not relay that to the vet either. I have also noticed price increases lately and that is quite disappointing.

Tannis is the best! My pup doesn’t like going to dr but she treats him like he’s special ( like he is) and always takes the time to listen and explain! The front desk girls are so welcoming and u can tell they love what they do??

We had our last dog for 13 years and had to put her down unexpectedly due to illness. We had always brought her to the Westlock Vet Center with confidence she would get good care. Since deciding to get another dog, I have come in a couple of times with our young puppy. Each time, the vets were patient to answer my questions and share the changes in veterinary medicine that have taken place over the years. I appreciated their time and patience to address all my questions.

I drive in from West Edmonton to see you guys because of the great doctors and awesome staff. My dog has had a number of surgeries at your hospital and we have always been extremely satisfied. You guys are caring and friendly. Keep up the good work!

COVID has turned our world upside down and the staff was so accommodating ,kind,happy, and just so nice. When I take my fur kid to the vet -I m already stressed to the max - never mind stressed about COVID . Thanks for a wonderful experience . Well done !

Dr. Cali and Krysta are always a pleasure when here on a farm call. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, intuitive, caring, and genuine. They explain procedures as they are implemented and do not hesitate to involve the owner(s)if safe to do so. Dr. Cali imparts wisdom: I very much enjoy the teaching moments. I pray future visits are only for animal maintenance, but whatever the case, Dr. Cali will be my first call.
