Tannis took to her time exam Hazel, our dog, and was very thorough & patient with her. Hazel s diabetes has caused cataracts which is limiting her sight & Tannis was very good to explain how it is affecting her movements. Took blood tests, drew samples & was able to explain the soreness in her right leg & how the lump under her right armpit would affect her mobility. Very impressed with her calmness with Hazel & how Tannis explained everything to me & answered all the questions I had. Westlock Vet Centre is THE BEST!!! Thank you.

I drive from Edmonton to Westlock because I trust the vets. I found in Edmonton I was over charged and tests were over suggested. I felt like I was a paycheque not a person. THANK YOU for being honest. BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS!!!

It was an on farm visit and was very happy with the process.

Was able to get an appointment within a short amount of time as there was a cancellation. Appreciate the fact that Tannis came out to speak to me as I do miss that interaction with the vets. I forgot to ask about the dogs weight as we ve just moved and I do have a concern for their activity level. I bought a treadmill for in the winter but don t know for how long they should be using it.

I needed up having to wait for 20-30 minutes to be seen as there was another emergency that came in. I was informed and reassured along the way that I wasn’t forgotten about and what was going on, then another vet came in to see us to help speed up the process. The staff from front to back is always extremely friendly and I feel everyone goes above and beyond and we love coming to the westlock vet. 5 star service all arising!!
