I just need to make a list of what I need to talk about. The call from the clinic the next day, allowed me to add what I forgot to Skylar’s record.

This was my initial appointment and I was told to come 30 minutes prior to my actual appointment time to fill out paperwork. This was entirely too much time to fill out 1 sheet of paper, and I was waiting for more than 20 minutes after I finished filling out the paper. I was at the vet s office for 2 hours, which I feel like is entirely too long for a regular annual check up. There was a lot of waiting around in the room for either the vet tech or vet to come back in. I feel like my pet wasn t given enough treats to distract him while he was getting his immunizations (only a tiny bit of cheese was put on the table and it wasn t enough for the duration of the immunizations) and when I heard him yelp multiple times while getting his blood drawn through the door, I wasn t convinced they were giving him treats or anything to distract him while taking his blood.

Dr.Crochet and her nurse were very helpful and knowledgeable and kind to our rabbit Elmer and took their time explaining and answering questions we had. I will always come back here for our pet care... convenient location and friendly staff....
