I was at the office for two hours for a new kitten check up. I got into the room really fast, but it took forever for the doctor to come into the room and see my kitten. I did have a technician tell me she was running behind but it was exceptionally long to wait with a little kitten. I expressed the urgency for me to get out of the office quickly, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. It was just a little disappointing. Everyone was very friendly and kind though. I don’t want that to go unsaid.

My dog is very excitable, and the vet tech seemed to get him more excited, rather than calming him down. The vet seemed to understand better what he needed.

Heather and Jeff were a pleasure for us to have them take care of Louie. This was our first visit and were very pleased.

Everyone was very attentive and wanting the best for Sammy, our dog. Have been coming a number of years with great service. One one thing, Sammy had blood drawn on Thursday and we were told we would be called on Friday with the results. NO CALL. SAT NO CALL. Don t know if you are open on Sunday, but still no call. Mon is holiday. Even if it a call with no info at that time. That is cool. Just something...I was always raised if you told somebody you were going to do something, it was done or a really good reason why task wasn t completeled. We have NADA. HOPEFULLY ON TUESDAY WE WILL GET A CALL TO GO OVER THE TEST OF BLOOD AND STOOL. THANKS STEVE HINMAN & Sammy

We waited over a week for the online scheduling process then lost patience with that. We finally called again and demanded to be seen.

Everyone who helped with Crown s eye injury was super supportive and helpful in trying to find something to repair the injury. I appreciate all the TLC!!

Dr. Fowler was extremely helpful. My.kitty had a very unusual eye condition. He invited the two other vets to also examine my kitty. Dr. Fowler phoned me two days later to check on her condition.

From the second I opened the door to come in (actually, when I made my appointment for Charlie!), I felt known, cared for, and everyone is ready for us. Our vet office did not have any doctors in on the day our dog got sick from giardia. We contacted another office that recommended pikes peak vet clinic. We called and they gave us an immediate appointment. They diagnosed our dog’s illness, gave us the correct meds, and in 24hrs she was well again. Our thanks to Pikes Peak Vet Clinic. After these results we are going to change our vet care to these folks.

Pikes Peak Vet Clinic did an excellent job with both of my pets. They were very knowledgeable of international travel requirements for my pets. They also did well with handling my dog who has anxiety when going to the vet.
