I was told I would get printed instructions for medications several times when I was asking questions (by the vet tech). I did not receive these and did not realize it until I got home that evening. I will have to call back in to discuss this with someone. I m also still unsure on the recommend food change, since I ve had time to do research now on the different foods and how it could affect her with her new diagnosis.

I was so impressed with the care my rat received and the willingness of Dr. Fowler to answer all the questions I had. It is always nice to see such care taken to make sure I am comfortable in any decision I make concerning the health of my pet.

Everyone I interacted with seemed to have a passion for animals and treated my dog like their own. I was having a rough day myself and every employee made an effort to chat and make sure everything is well if mine and my dogs lives.

Love the service & 1:1 care you provide. The Vet & Tech always take their time with each patient. When they walk in the room & greet my canine first, it shows you care. So glad we found y’all! And you try & find ways to save $$. Who doesn’t appreciate that!

I very much appreciated the staff their authenticity and their genuineness. It was a very peaceful and calm atmosphere.Which indicates to me that people really like their jobs and feel valued in their jobs. So kudos to the management.
