The last 2 times i have called, i could not see the doctor for over a week. The last time a few days ago my dog was in need of attention...i could not get in,so i was bringing him in for a Proheart injection....i called the office again and spoke with Ann. i asked if the bet would give us the meds he gave us last time for this problem and she was very helpful....i came in for his shot and was able to pick up the meds...my dog has finally gotten some relief. i am a little concerned that i wont be able to get help in an emergency....i like the business, the facilities, the vet and i just think they are very busy! Maybe another vet in the practice would help! i do wNt to say that Ann is a great employee...good on the phone and very helpful to clients!
