Great customer service

New female vet was EXCELLENT with our pit bull, who is a bit nervous but a pretty good patient over all. The doc made a connection with her, sweet talking to her, which she loves. The vet also took the time to listen about prescription refills and I felt like everyone in the office was in communication with each other, which serves us patients/customers very well! LOVE the new vet!

This won t accept my responses. All answers were a 5 or excellent rating. We were very pleased with Dr. Carmen and the time she spent with us helping us to understand everything about our new cat. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using your office for future pet care needs. I have already been referring others to your office. I have been taking my two toy poodles to Shirley for almost as long as they have been old enough to be groomed. She is very good at grooming as well as loving my girls, and taking good care of them. I have used your facility for boarding because of her recommendations. I have also referred dog lovers to her. She is fantastic with animals!

Unfortunate circumstances forced me to choose a new vet after 25+ years. It s a big decision to find someone to trust and care for your fur babies...I think we ve found a new home. Thank you

We really appreciate the care and attention Dr. Sean gives to our Fozzy. He really takes the time to listen to all our concerns and is patient and so genuine!

We see Shirley for grooming every 3 weeks! She is awesome with our 2 dogs. We have been coming for years! We appreciate the good job that she does on them and she is so good with them as well.

I would just like you to know how much I appreciate Best Friends and the staff, and what you have done for Route 66 Rescue. Obviously, we could never have rescued the number of dogs we have without your help. I am not oblivious to the problems of taking care of dogs that come in with all kinds of problems, parasites, injuries and other results of poor, or no, care. You have helped us get these discarded ones ready for adoption. I may not always let you know how much I appreciate Best Friends, but please understand that I do. Rescue has been my life for the past twenty years. Thanks you for making it possible.
