I was overly impressed with the staff in my last two visits. I made appointments short notice for old dog issues and was able to quickly get in but not feel rushed by the vet on either trip. I met with 2 of the vets I have not previously used and was beyond impressed with both of them. I already recommend Best Friends to anyone who asks but I will go out of my way to recommend you now!

Excellent as always! Was surprised on cost of medicine was all. Everything explned very nicely by the doctor and I felt very well treated.

The whole staff was extremely sweet and friendly. I had just rescued a sweet girl from a bad situation and they were so patient with her and kind. They took their time seeing her to make sure she felt safe and comfortable and that they were thorough. I could not recommend a better vet and will be switching all my dogs to them!!!

I moved out of Ozark and switched vets. After one visit, I decided it was worth the 45 minute drive to Ozark. I love the staff at Best Friends.

The temperature in the exam room were warm and stuffy . Koda was panting very hard and seemed stressed over it . Otherwise it was an excellent visit and after about 12 hours of lethargy , she is back to her happy camper self . I would like to know how to better to reduce her weight , without starving her . We are not always able to give her regular daily exercise as I work full time and my mom is not able to be on her feet regularly or for extended periods of time due to arthritis in her knees . Thanks for the outstanding care you gave to Koda
