Excellent service; facilities are always clean and the staff is accommodating to our schedule. My family has been a client here for over a decade., and we drive across town just to see our vets at Oak Forest. We made an appointment and receive service promptly. I had to drop off my pet for a wound exam and everything went smoothly. I was nervous about her injury but had peace of mind that the staff would take good care of her. She was feeling better and healed quickly. The vet called me and explained everything personally, and my husband was able to pick her up on the same day with no problem.

The staff is very helpful and polite and the veterinarians are always helpful with explanations and friendly treatment to my dogs
