We are so grateful for Dr. Schaak. She is kind, supportive, understanding, and loving to not only our dog, Marley, but to us every time we bring him in.

This was our first visit to your facility, and I cannot tell you how pleased I was. I was shocked by the level of attention, and both the tech and the vet s willingness to spend time talking to me about my dog and the challenges she has been having. It was such an amazing contrast to our previous vet. We have been through so much with our dog in the past year, and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone be so kind, patient, caring, and obviously concerned. Thank you SO much.

My first visit to Dr Crocker. Totally impressed with set up in lobby, the super friendly and helpful front desk staff, Dr Crocker’s tech, Kary, was amazing. Dr Crocker was friendly and knowledgeable about Duke’s history. I’m so glad I made the change to this clinic!

I couldn t be happier with everyone at Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital. They greet me with nothing but smiles, kindness, and courtesy. I get into the exam room quickly. I get out of the exam room quickly. I get home with my dog and he barely notices the change in his routine. Not a single complaint here.

Dr. Moore is fantastic! She is always thorough with the exam and treatment of my dogs. She Is a warm, caring person with a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure meeting the new technician, Conner.

Team was fantastic. Very courteous, patient and overall helpful. Appreciate the call before and after our appointment.

Excellent service; facilities are always clean and the staff is accommodating to our schedule. My family has been a client here for over a decade., and we drive across town just to see our vets at Oak Forest. We made an appointment and receive service promptly. I had to drop off my pet for a wound exam and everything went smoothly. I was nervous about her injury but had peace of mind that the staff would take good care of her. She was feeling better and healed quickly. The vet called me and explained everything personally, and my husband was able to pick her up on the same day with no problem.

The staff is very helpful and polite and the veterinarians are always helpful with explanations and friendly treatment to my dogs
