Dr. Maddox is awesome. She is very kind and caring. You can’t teach this. It comes from God.

The treatment rooms seem always to be too warm. I realize this is a personal choice so if it is all right I may, from time to time, ask to remain in the waiting room. Thank you. Happy New Year!

The pricing was not what the vet tech explained. I had to call back when I got home. I also feel like I am being nickeled and dimed with changes. I also was disappointed that you do not accept care credit.

Best place ever...from staff to doctors, returning calls - all out phenomenal. Also, when staff asks about your family & remember shared moments - I know my Aurora is in great hands.

I so appreciate the time and information Dr. Crocker and I believe it was Laura the vet tech spent with me. I came out thinking I might need a Derm consult for Ogden. I don’t live close by but this was like the best vet experience EVER... and your office is so nice and comforting. The visit put my mind at ease. I really appreciated the honest assessment I was given. It would have been easy to run unnecessary tests increasing my bill, but the vet was honest and said further evaluation was unnecessary at that time. That speaks volumes about the integrity and quality of the practice.

Doctor and nurses were superb and helpful as always.

Millie and Snoopy love coming to see y’all even if they do have to get shots ?? everyone is always very sweet and answers all of our questions thank y’all SO much for always going above and beyond! We recently moved from our home in the Heights to The Woodlands and there was no question that my husband would continue to take our babies to y’all! It is 100% worth every mile to know that our dogs are in the best care!
