The reception staff is always smiling and helpful. The technicians are super and I love the doctors here. 5 stars!!

I had an appointment at 2 and asked if i could come in early.Natalie said absolutely and i ended up back at home by 2.Thanks very much for taking me early.

A call from the veterinarian to verbally provide a brief evaluation of the pet s health would make me feel better.

I gave a 4 on the wait time ONLY because my appointment was at 5 and it was sometime between 5:15-5:25 before I was serviced. I loved the doctor and assistant. Both were very friendly with great “bedside manner” for my cat and for me!

Great facility and staff

Would like to be able to see the doctor with earlier or later hours at least a few days a week. 7am-6pm would help us who have to be at work. Everything else is excellent.

We were pleased with Dr Maddox and staff in the care of our fur babies.

I can t tell you how much I love Natalie and Dr. Maddox! Vanessa seemed pretty great too.

Very pleased

The pricing was not what the vet tech explained. I had to call back when I got home. I also feel like I am being nickeled and dimed with changes. I also was disappointed that you do not accept care credit.

Best place ever...from staff to doctors, returning calls - all out phenomenal. Also, when staff asks about your family & remember shared moments - I know my Aurora is in great hands.

This was my first visit to OFVH. So far very impressed.
