Always take good care of my fur babies

Everyone was wonderful for all involved in the office visit! The check-in/out and exam was efficient along with an explanation of the vaccinations, my options, check-up findings, the follow-up visit needed, and payment. All the staff are always very friendly and really care about their customers. :)

Dr. Maddox is the best! She really takes her time to listen and explain things to you. She is also so caring, patient, and approachable.

We brought our dog Emma to get some help with Emma s anxiety. We were planning to board her. Dr. Maddox took the time to work with us to make sure that Emma had the right support and medication to help her through the boarding. We picked up a happy puppy this morning. We are very sad that Dr Pan will be leaving the practice. We are upset that we have to go find another Doctor. No one will replace Dr Pan! We wish that MH out of courtesy had sent us her new address and phone number if she is going to continue practicing.
