Veterinarian Hollie Ray Moore was very thorough, and gentle in examining my dog Leo, and her assistant was talking to him keeping him calm, which made me feel very relaxed knowing he was being greatly cared for. The follow up call the next morning was very much appreciated. Thank you, ~Gloria

The office staff and vet made me and my pet feel as if we were at home. The facility was clean and all of the staff treated my dog as iif she was so special and it made me feel comforted as we were in a new environment under the stressful situation of having to evacuate our home. I come prepared with a list of questions and products I m using ?? (He s my baby). Not only did Doctor listen and answer all my questions...vet tech was GREAT! This was just our second visit in as our old vet retired and I am so glad we chose OFV! Front office very welcoming and helpful as well!

Everything was fine, but I would have liked to have seen my regular vet for Jasper s visit considering his health issues. I would have rescheduled if I had known. The stars on this survey do not respond when I click them. I have a MAC, if that makes any difference.

They re always friendly and helpful and most importantly, very kind to my cats when I bring them in. The vet tech spent a lot of time with us on our last visit, showing my husband how to inject our cat with medicine.

everything was great, except for the rebate process... a) rebates are painful get the discount upfront and b) the rebates are in credit cards they used to just give checks..

I love Oak Forest Vet and Dr. Madock so much. Wait time is always minimal, and I genuinely feel like everyone there cares about my dogs. I could pay 1/3 the cost at Thrive, but I prefer the consistency and personable-ness of your office. Thank you

Please make sure the exam tables are cleaned off between visits. The ceiling AC vents need to be cleaned.

We not only had an appointment in the morning that was excellent, but after getting a new kitten the staff was able to get us a second appointment the same day in the afternoon. Both appointments were excellent!

The vet tech and doctor were both knowledgeable and very gentle with Stewart. he is an older dog and the were gentle and nurtluring.
