We are very sad that Dr Pan will be leaving the practice. We are upset that we have to go find another Doctor. No one will replace Dr Pan! We wish that MH out of courtesy had sent us her new address and phone number if she is going to continue practicing.

A call from the veterinarian to verbally provide a brief evaluation of the pet s health would make me feel better.

I gave a 4 on the wait time ONLY because my appointment was at 5 and it was sometime between 5:15-5:25 before I was serviced. I loved the doctor and assistant. Both were very friendly with great “bedside manner” for my cat and for me!

Great facility and staff

Would like to be able to see the doctor with earlier or later hours at least a few days a week. 7am-6pm would help us who have to be at work. Everything else is excellent.

We were pleased with Dr Maddox and staff in the care of our fur babies.

I can t tell you how much I love Natalie and Dr. Maddox! Vanessa seemed pretty great too.

Dr. Maddox is a Godsend!
