We brought our dog Emma to get some help with Emma s anxiety. We were planning to board her. Dr. Maddox took the time to work with us to make sure that Emma had the right support and medication to help her through the boarding. We picked up a happy puppy this morning. Thank you Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital for helping us through this!

We are very sad that Dr Pan will be leaving the practice. We are upset that we have to go find another Doctor. No one will replace Dr Pan! We wish that MH out of courtesy had sent us her new address and phone number if she is going to continue practicing.
