The receptionist Mette was great!

We are so pleased with the care of our dog, Marley. Dr. Schaak and Dr. Cocker are compassionate and understanding of our concerns when Marley isn t well. I also want to thank Metta. She is truly an asset to your office. Every time I call the office, she recognizes me and our dog and always, always reassures me. She does everything she can to squeeze us in or get us a prompt appointment. The other staff that assist Dr. Schaak are also very kind to us and if they see us in the waiting room, they always check in on how our dog is doing even if they re not assigned to him that day. I m grateful for all you do to keep our dog, Marley healthy. Thank you.

Everyone goes the extra mile at Oak Firest Vet. My poor dog was car sick coming to our appointment and threw up in tge car. Karly took my dog and another staff provided me with what I needed to clean up my car. When I went back in Rufus was ready to go and was taken care of and happy as as lark. I would never take my dog any where else. ??

I got there early. They were able to see my pup early and basically did the exam and walked out at my scheduled time and very professional and kind.

I really liked the new veterinarian and assistant that took care of Rigel on his annual visit. They were both very kind an d understanding and helpful. I was not made to feel ashamed about my cat s behavior or the steps I took to help him. <3

Holly, my dog and our family love this place. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They even remembered from the last visit that I had eyebrows on all, but I didn’t the time. We promised we will have them on her every time she comes for a visit. Love????????
