I think it might be helpful for first-time dog owners to get a list of vaccines with the recommended schedule before the appt or have a little list given at the beginning of the appointment. It was a lot to take in, especially since I was told that the vaccines from the breeder were not reliable which I was surprised about. I think it would have helped me to have this information in writing as a reference during the conversation because there were so many new words to me being conveyed rather quickly and I wasn t familiar with anything besides rabies. Just a suggestion for future first time visitors. I did feel like I got my questions answered and I read up on some items after the appt too. The welcome folder was helpful.

I would recommend this clinic! Dr. Crocker is the best. She spends quality time with my pups and explains everything entirely. I feel totally comfortable with her and some of the other vets at Oak Forest. Great staff as well.

We love Dr. Crocker! We ve always had a pleasant Vet experience, especially when we are in and out in no time. Thanks for all you do for us, Dr. Crocker! NOTE: Noticed the chairs for customers (where asked to wait for your name to be called) in the waiting area, all had accidental piddle stains on nearly all of the chairs. Some looked like they were quite recent accidents, so I stood this time.

We recently moved from Shady Acres to Katy. Our drive is now 40 min to your office versus the formerly 5 minute drive. But it s so worth it to have such high quality care from the staff and vets at Oak Forest!!

Dr. Cass was unbelievably kind and patient while Archie resisted ANY type of treatment. No real check-up. Absolutely NO nail trim, but she did manage to give him his shots. I m going to see if Archie s foster mom might know why he freaks so bad when going to the vet. Ollie, on the other hand, though he didn t like Dr. Cass looking in his mouth, was a pretty good boy.
