Everyone that works at Oak Forest has been nothing but kind and compassionate with my fur baby from the receptionists to the technicians and the doctors. Thank you Natalie, Annie, Karly, Dr. Lane, and Dr. Crocker for squeezing us in twice last week and seeing my girl last week when she was unexpectedly sick! We cannot thank you enough and Oak Forest will always remain our veterinarian hospital!

Many years ago, as a child, my Father took me there with our pet. We received excellent care then & the courteousness, the trust, the care has not changed- only improved with modern technology & the facilities. The staff & Docs are awesome!

Everyone was kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a vet explain things the way my dogs vet did at this appointment. I feel more confident in switching Vet offices and moving to Oak Forest after ten years!

Dr. Cass was great, as was the staff, including the after-apptmt. phone discussion. One suggestion - it would be helpful if ALL forms needed were furnished before the visit, to avoid juggling a sometimes tugging dog while writing with one hand and trying to keep the paper stationary.

Cannot say enough good things Our Veterinarian Dr. Stephanie Cerovsky addressed our concerns very thoroughly and shared critical knowledge with My wife and I in regard to maintaining an adequate diet appropriate for a pet like ours and keeping Tinky Pooh at optimal health. Dr. Cerovsky exemplified the highest standard of professional care in each of her detailed and lucid responses to the countless questions my Wife Ida and I asked during our visit. The front desk staff is awesome and the techs are great as well. Mrs. Candace Boyett went beyond our expectations to obtain important medical records on our behalf. Her persistence helped my wife and I a great deal. The vet tech Emanuel Benedetti took excellent care of our kiddo during the entire process. Under his care, Tinky Pooh remained calm and cooperative. The health facility is sparkling clean, and the entire staff is beyond awesome. They were kind, caring, and fast! Highly recommend. Prices are not to expensive as well. I just want to thank everyone at Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital for their willingness to go the extra mile, and for for the kindness they showed us.!! Thank you guys so much for loving our Tinky Pooh like she was your own!!!

Everyone was awesome and when my puppy had a reaction to his vaccine they got him back in immediately and helped him through it. They called the next day to check on him as well. Great experience ??

Dr. Lane and Katy took care of my boys....and me when Archie freaked out and scratched the heck out of my face. I have come to the conclusion that something bad happened to him as a kitten that involved the exam table and being wrapped up. Dr. Lane suggested a compound medication since the traditional ones I can t get into him. Poor baby. I really like Dr. Lane and Katy.
