Having taught Customer Service Skills for 10 years, I feel the front staff could be more welcoming. That day, they each seemed pre-occupied. Not rude, but not inviting/cordial.

It was VERY busy on the day of my appointment. I could tell that staff was stressed. There was a new person at the desk that I have not met since my last appointment. She was a little curt. We didn t get everything done in my appointment time and there was confusion with meds. This is NOT how it is normally. Both my dogs received good care and meds were straightened out with a few phone calls. I appreciate all the good work you do and I especially appreciate Dr. Karen.

Thank you for being so courteous and taking time to answer any questions that I had. The receptionist was very friendly, she looked very smart with her purple glasses. The assistant was extremely helpful, came out of the room to get one animal at a time, and the doctor took good care of my animals. The office was very clean and didn t stink. Will come again, I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone even if they don t have an animal, they should get one just to come here.

Love this vet clinic they do wellness checks and have her food and vaccinations all under 1 roof. Thank you all you are awesome.

I ve been to the Rugby vet services before with my other two pets which are dogs and I always get what I ask for when I arrive. Friendly service, expert care, and cleanly facilities. In addition, they see me when I am available and if our schedules conflict, they work it out so that everyone is happy with the appointment time. I appreciate Rugby Vet service and I look forward to bringing my pets there again in the future.

I treasure the herdwork time with all of the crew there. I do have one request...can the paperwork for the PG tests go back to the way it used to be one, i.e. 6 months...5 months...or late like 3 months versus just saying bred ? I like it the other way. Merry Christmas to all!
