we love Dr. Legacy and his staff. they are so friendly and great listeners and understand how special our dog is to us. We always have so many questions and they make sure that they address all of them.

Zoe and I love Rugby Veterinary Service. The Veterinarian s and other staff members are friendly and helpful. We drive 50 miles to get in for appointments and rarely have we had to sit and wait beyond 15 minutes. At next visit, I would like to visit about a specific diet routine for Zoe. Thank you all for what you do for our furry baby!

Top notch customer service from the receptionist,techs, and veterinarian.

I wish they would disclose full pricing estimates before they complete additional services. Even last year, I requested an amount/cost of a tooth extraction. They gave me the amount. I do understood cost could be more if there were difficulties once surgery began, or circumstances beyond their control transpired. When I arrived to pick my dog up, I got the bill; the bill was $275+ additional to what was quoted. I am not a rich person. I love my dog and won t scrimp on her health. However, I requested an amount specifically so I could save money for this. When I asked if there were any complications during, the receptionist said no, everything went just fine . I asked why my bill was so much higher than the amount I was quoted. She said because of anesthesia and care after . When I asked how much it would ALL cost, I meant ALL. I needed to save and work extra hours. Her needing anesthesia should have been added as we knew she was having surgery. Just frustrating. You (the clinic) knew the additional amounts would be there. Disclose that please. More transparency in cost would be greatly appreciated.

They always take good care of our sweet doggie

We are always so pleased in the service that we get and the way that our dogs are treated by the staff. We drive an hour to assure that our dogs do get the best care that they can and would drive 3 hours if we needed to. We are definitely 100% satisfied.
