My pets are always well cared for by the staff at Rugby Vet.

When my wife and I chose to get into cow/calf production, I admitted I had not even seen a calf born. We borrowed two 8 track tapes from our Extension Office and then calved out 70 cows. Truly the help we have gotten from RVS has been a blessing. Truly the calf check saw us through some very lean years. We are grateful for the professional services RVS has given us as rookies. We are grateful for your friendship.

Please remove me from your records. I do not have an animal. My daughter Mikki has brought this issue to your attention numerous times. She has the dog that was recently brought to your facility for services.

Every thing is good. I aLways appreciate the care and service. The only thing is The receptionist seems a little crabby. On the phone and in person. Maybe she is just stressed. She is not rude, just not very friendly or cheerful. I feel bad to even mention it. But it is something I have notice more than once. Maybe she needs some help with her work load? Does she like her job? Maybe she feels unappreciated?

Will never go anywhere else! Love how they treat my animals! Always take wonderful care of them. And are very professional with us! Great great great!

We had a very sick puppy and we re able to have him seen right away with little wait.

I always appreciate how kind and caring the vets are.

Sheila was very confrontation regarding the purchase of a prescription dog food. We set it on the counter and she immediately said it was prescription only. Did not take the time to check his chart or ask us or the vet if he had a prescription. After we informed her we did indeed have one, she checked it and rudely said oh it’s right here. Unfortunately not the only time we’ve been rudely dealt with by her.

Excellent service Dr Karen and everyone else there take time to explain everything so that you can understand. Very patient with us and the pups are very comfortable I wouldn t want to go anywhere else.

Great place to take any of your pets/animals. They called me after our kitties procedure to make sure our kitty was doing well. In another instance we got a call after we took another one of our pets in to be seen to make sure the problem had been resolved. We highly recommend!!!
