We especially appreciated Doctor Lagasse setting up the surgery in such a timely manner. We were sent home with just the instructions we needed and our dog is doing very well. Compliments to Vet Tech Yvette for answering our many questions, friendly chit chat about our dog s breed, and perfect nail clipping on our dog s out of control nails. We noticed our dog was calmer than usual for all the exams with your young staff and Vet and she is notorious for excitable vocal behaviors. Thank you!!

The staff was very friendly and they made sure I understood the bill, what the charges were for and what the dental surgery would consist of that day! I appreciate that they gave me a call when my cat had a reaction to the anesthesia and were willing to keep him there longer to make sure he was alright! Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of Olive.

You provide excellent service. I believe that your staff is competent and that the veterinarians and technicians are genuinely concerned about my pet. You have a nice selection of necessary supplies and pet foods. My suggestion is that reception, whom I am sure are also competent, be friendlier upon our arrival. Often, we are nervous about a procedure or scared about what might be wrong with our pets. A smile and friendly greeting go a long way in making customers comfortable (and maybe, not crabby). Thank you for all you do. We are blessed to have you serving such a huge territory..

Everyone in the facility is very friendly and caring except for the woman at the front desk. (She has long dark hair, sorry I didn t get her name.) She was very short and rude with us, as well as the others who checked in after us. She also was making very loud negative comments about someone who left an overnight voice mail. I felt she was acting very unprofessional in her job and it made us uncomfortable. Thankfully the care given to our pets is great enough that we can almost over look her behavior, although I dread having to call and talk to her with our future pet needs.

We so appreciate Dr. Gullikson! We didn’t think we were going to be able to get in to see a Doctor and we’re very worried about our dog! Thankfully we got in and were taken care of!
